We are hiring a Nurse to join our dedicated oncology team at HCG Cancer Centre.
• Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized training institution.
• Valid license with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in radiotherapy or oncology.
• Experience in patient preparation for brachytherapy procedures is an added advantage.
• Certification in oncology or palliative care nursing is desirable.
Key Competencies:
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High levels of empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with radiotherapy workflows, radiation safety precautions, and palliative care principles.
