I get mad every time I remember how they wasted my time! Kept waiting over 8 hours to do a CT scan only to be taken to another location. Radiographers have no regard for people's time what a shame!

Patient is not informed about next step, what is happening, what they are waiting for, how long, etc poor communication with the patient. You need to keep patients informed all the time. We just sat around not knowing. Key word is COMMUNICATE.

Your customer care is Good my only concern is the new tags that have been introduced...DONT YOU THINK THIS IS A MEDIUM FOR CROSS INFECTION??? putting in mind you are dealing with already immunocompromised patients...coz honestly the handling of this tags cannot be controlled and DEFINITELY YOU HAVE NO WAY OF DECONTAMINATING them.so am of the opinion that if U have any regard for infection control practices this should be done away with
